Redesign for a meditation mobile app, marketing website and onboarding sequence as well as internal company admin interfaces. — Handled extensive user research featuring unmoderated user testing and deep interviews with both meditation teachers and practitioners from different countries across the world. — Lead 2 product ideation workshops with participants from most departments of the company, including top management. — Structured acquired design vision through CJM, user stories & user flows — Together with the design team, created new main marketing website & mobile app. Supported & supervised implementation in development. — Established the first iteration of the company's design system. Design owner of the android mobile app at the real estate B2C & B2B service. Responsible for the mobile application in a B2C and B2B real estate service and the mobile design system. Created hypotheses, participated in product research, created mockups, supported development, handled design reviews & results evaluation. — Improved conversion for mortgage application creation through the Android app by 54% — Increased app rating in Google Play from 3.7 to 4.0 — Multiple redesign stages of key app screens with increasing interface clarity (confirmed by user testing) and improved visual style quality

Pet project. Partnered with a programmer to build a simple hypercasual online game. Launched the game with minor success then sold to a publisher. The game has gathered more than 7M players across web and mobile. Handled game design, graphical assets, team management, analytics and publisher communications.

Worked with the CEO and dev team to create web & mobile app and several intranet services for the fintech startup and establish the company’s design system.
