Responsible of Pharmacy portfolio consisting of erectile dysfunction drug Viagra, topical anti-fungal Dermotrosyd and anti-colic agent Sab Simplex. (Total Portfolio Volume $27 Million) As a life cycle management initiative, launched Viagra ODT (orally disintegrating tablet) in Nov 2013, earlier before the expected launch time of Q2-2014 and contributed to overall revenue of Pfizer Turkey by $500K. Received Pfizer Emerging Markets Primary Care 2013 Recognition Award: Excellence in demonstrating optimized collaboration for the first Viagra ODT launch in EM. Designed and executed Pfizer National Pharmacy Academy as the major added-value program, which was awarded by Turkish Time magazine as fifth best-practice within non-marketing projects from all and the only one from pharma industry. Actively participated in Retail Team Project, a global initiative aimed at dividing local sales teams into two seperate divisions: One for physicians and other for pharmacies. Successfully implemented AVR (Availability, Visibility, Recommendation) marketing strategies and optimized trade channel campaign terms, increasing net revenues by as much as 45% and decreasing wholesaler stock levels by 40%.
