Senior Database Administrator
• Administration of customer database;
• Administration of SQL database;
• Anticipate possible problems and develop contingency plans to address them;

• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved;

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software;
• Inventory of IT equipment;
• IT starter process for new joiners;
• Lifecycle management of IT for personnel;
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems;
• Maintain inventory of all TBC Kredit computers and network-related equipment;
