Full-stack development of Mobius, an inventory management platform.

• Designed, developed and shipped Valor PRO, a professional trading terminal, delivering real-time streams of market data to traders and other financial market professionals; • Led a team of 20 C# software engineers into developing a framework of more than 80 reusable libraries; • Achieved the most responsive solution in the Brazilian market, mixing C# and C++ code, WPF and WinForms, enabling the delivery of 20K+ messages/sec and the use of rich visual styles; • Designed and developed a proprietary communication protocol supporting multiple compression mechanisms, message priorities and MTU-efficient packing; • Designed and developed a search server using F# and Lucene.NET, giving relevant suggestions and search results for over 3.5M indexed symbols and companies; • Had an important role in the architectural decisions, taking part of the Software Architecture Committee; • Implemented the first ALM initiative in the company, consisting of version control, release management, build management and automated building; • Participated in the hiring process for Software Engineers, interviewing and testing potential candidates.

Banco Itaú • Developed an ASP.NET AJAX-enabled application for the bank’s order management system, allowing 5K concurrent users to trade stocks online; • Ported the bank’s legacy order management system, written in Visual Basic 6 and SQL Server 2000 to C# and SQL Server 2008, increasing performance, maintainability and scalability; • Developed a web service interface for the new OMS, consumed by iOS and Android applications, allowing users to trade stocks and receive updates on their smartphones. Caixa Econômica Federal • Developed a pure HTML and JavaScript front-end for a new home broker platform, processing a real-time streams of market data through HTTP streaming; CMA OMS • Maintained and developed new features in C++, on server-side services of the company’s OMS; • Reverse engineered the legacy MySQL database into a documented model and schema; • Developed a converter between BM&F’s WTr and Bell protocols, enabling legacy applications to engage with the exchange’s new infrastructure; • Provided on-site support and diagnostics for the client’s IT team and end-users.

• Developed Extra.com.br e-commerce platform, using Microsoft Commerce Server 2005, ASP.NET and C#; • Performed analysis and development of Liberty Seguros Notice of Claim’s web interface. • Provided .NET consulting services to several other clients including Itaú BBA, J.Safra Bank and the Secretary of Finance of the City of São Paulo.

• Developed and maintained in-house CRM and ERP solutions; • Ported a legacy Visual Basic 6 and ASP codebase to VB.NET and ASP.NET.
