My name is Piotr Spalek and I’m a polyglot. I speak Polish, Italian, English, Chinese and Russian. I was born in Poland but lived over 20 years in Italy. The choice to study Chinese at the university in Rome has led me to spend almost 4 years in China. In those years I’ve gained first hand experience of the Chinese way and mentality of doing business with the west. Thanks to my prior good education I was able to enroll to a master degree in International relations in the best Chinese university: Tsinghua. The knowledge of the languages associated with my new field of studies opened me the doors of a prestigious internship in the media and communication team in the American NGO Carnegie. I’ve worked there with the former American executive Assistant to the President's National Security Advisor Paul T. Haenle and famous Chinese scholar Yan Xuetong and Sun Zhe. After finishing the carrier in China I’ve decided, with the help of a professor of the Moscow State University, to study the Russian language and culture in order to have a comprehensive knowledge of the European and Asian continent. All these knowledge makes me a great candidate to any company doing business between Europe, Russia and China.
