Of course, a well maintained apparment could be most expensive, but the law in the real state businesses are guided for the localization and nothing else.
The sell techniques in this business are oriented to sell the idea that we are a very good company which is well positionated in the market, we sell our broker services to the people who wants to sell or rent their properties. I was encharged about the entire Business, since I starting my work there, we open 5 stores in total. Because we note that people want not to come to our first store because the distance, traffic and also competitors next or close to them. For that, we opened different stores far away of the city center to reach our customers there. During my administration we bought 15 washing machines and 4 dryers, I bought all these in a B2B transaction, I also was encharged of everything about the nationalization of the products. But not only that of course I managed the company in all aspects, like human resourses, operational staff, marketing issued, time tables, schedules, finances, accounts managing. But the principal achivement was to open 4 stores more with little budget, because we bought second hand machines from United States.

With that strategy we make a marketing communication calling us Grupo Verken, with 3 diferent companies, we aproached to the head of the most important mining companies in our country. That was my entire responsability because I am a seller overall.

I worked in this company before travel to Spain and England (almost 4 years of work experience and studies), they told me that the doors will be open for me, and we didn't close our relationship. For that if you note my cv, you could see that I worked there before and after these experiences abroad. In the first time I was a product manager encharged of electric switches and BJB portlamps. After my time in Spain and UK I Just become the Marketing Chief, and as I did it in Verken I separeted the diferent Business of the company and introduce to our comunity like the Grupo Trianon. We start with a ISO9001 program that we get it in Just one year. After the normal tasks and responsibilities as a Marketing Chief of course with people collaborating with me like secretaries, specialists in CAD or any other designe programs, couriers, sales mánager, etc. We grown very much. I make businesses selling elevators for the most important building companies in our country, I sold more than 2 million dollars if we agroup all the business and negotiation that I do. Also I was encharged of the B2B business with the different companies related to our electric business, selling in that platform different kind of products that customers buy very often. Also I was encharged of the import tasks so helped for our inventory system I realized the buys and follow our buyed goods till them were in our company, for that if I need to work doing exports or imports for me is really clear to understand wich documents and procedures I will need in order to it well.
