* General organization and administrative support to the programs of the Branch in the Russian Federation: - Creation the Branch of the Association at the Ministry of Justice of Russia (registration process); Reporting to the respective organ; - Preparing all the documents (in French) needed to prove the official status of the Branch in the Russian Federation (Decisions, Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, etc.) - Checking legality of all the contracts/agreements with the Branch's counter-agents; - Interacting with the Branch's authorized bank, etc.; * HR management: - Developing & implementing internal policies for the personnel in accordance to the Russian Labour Law as well as MSF's internal policies: Internal Regulations, Remuneration policy, etc. - Developing Labour contracts with the personnel: fixed-term period contract, indefinite period contract, additional agreements to contracts - Developing the job descriptions for the respective personnel - Evaluating the personnel - Participating in the Bench-marking processes, Remuneration procedures, Payroll, taxes, insurance contributions to the Funds - Working with the internal MSF HR tools (Homere) - In charge of the Russian personnel records management - In chare of procedures to get work permits for the expats, visa support, registration, etc. * Financial management: - In charge of all the transactions of the Branch - In charge of all the range of internal MSF accounting procedures - In charge of all the range of internal reporting to the direct supervisor - Working with the internal MSF accountancy tools (SAGA) - Elaborating the annual budgets of the Branch, budget analysis & reporting to the supervisor - Experience (participating) in audit: both Russian and external
