Complex management of Retail business (170 POS, 1 subsidiary bank, 800 ATM, more than 1 million private clients, total retail assets more than $2 bln (2000000000). Personnel more then 2500 (directly 150, 3 departments). Head of profile Retail committees', member of the Credit Committee, the Committee on assets and liabilities management. Total growth of Retail business more than 7,5 times. In 2011 according to Rosbusinessconsulting rating the Bank had 6th position in Retail business in Russia

Building of in-house processing center OpenWay (start-up). Joining as Principal member into international payment systems MasterCard Worldwide & VISA International, migration from local payment systems. Implementation of EMV. Implementation of more than 250 services in ATM, ADM, CAT. Implementation of acquiring POS net (6000 devices). ATMs 1000 devices. The occupation of a share of regional market to 30%, which is actual now. The Bank has passed first PCI DSS certification in Russia according to security standards of international payment systems. Personnel 60 pers.

Organization of in-house processing center (OpenWay), migration from Cardtech. Emission of 200000 cards. Implementation of processing to subsidiary banks. Realization of co-brand projects. 4 divisions (System parameterization, emission, call center, dispute resolution, operations), 30 pers.

Joining as Principal member into international payment systems MasterCard International & VISA International. Participation in organizing of in-house processing center (start-up). Launching of emission & acquiring programs. Organization of American Express emission including Platinum & Centurion. Realization of operations & accounting of Union Card, MasterCard, VISA & American Express for emission & acquiring.

Participation in launching and joining into MasterCard International as Principal member. Operations of MasterCard & Union Card. Operations and accounting of salary projects, cash advance, ATMs and acquiring.
