Established a Container Management System for the collection and recycling of pesticide containers, subsequently expanding its geographical coverage (5 federal districts), attracting new operators to the System (5 operators) and increasing collection and recycling volumes (over 9 years of operation, more than 14,000 tonnes of containers were collected and recycled, with an average waste generation of of 9,000 tonnes per year), enabling manufacturers and importers of plant protection products to meet waste disposal standards and agricultural producers to hand over waste containers for recycling free of charge.

Conducted analyses of the current situation with regard to the collection and recycling of pesticide containers, developed strategic plans for the establishment of Container managment Systems, and provided advice on the establishment and development of container collection and recycling systems in several countries.

Developed and implemented the seeds production strategy to ensure sustainable quality and fast production volumes increase to be delivered via 5+ Tollers with establishing of the Toll management operations, negotiating long-term contracts with the new and existing Tollers, opening of the Seeds Quality laboratory. Completed projects: - Set Up New Tollers And Toller Management Business Process – Developed a business case for contract manufacturing. Selected and contracted 2 Tollers. Developed Toller management model and new business processes aligned with regional and local production planning and operations. Led a project aimed to set up the production capacities in: - Russia: o Land acquisition – Selected the main and back-up land plots. Contracted the land plot for construction. o Permitting – Developed legal and permitting framework. Obtained necessary documentation and permits. o Government engagement – Established and maintained government engagement activities. o Site design – Managed Sanitary Protection Zone design. Developed a concept for hazardous waste removal from the site in collaboration with the experts and state institutes to eliminate the necessity of ecological expertise. Coordinated the site general design execution. o Crisis management – Managed the crisis activities and performed root cause analysis of the Greenfield part stop. Selected the land plot in a neighboring region. Developed the joint venture approach and established strategic partnership with a 3rd Party to set up the new site. - Ukraine – Developed legal and permitting framework. Developed long-term seeds production strategy. Performed analysis for potential acquisition of the site with regards to its potential expansion.

- Established a production department (Seeds and Crop Protection) and ensured the delivery of a production plan; - Developed a Territory production strategy including setting of the production site in Russia (Seeds and CP); - Established Corn seeds production in Russia. Completed projects: - Winter Wheat Seeds Multiplication Pilot – Managed the pilot activities for winter wheat seeds field production and further processing in Russia and Ukraine; - Sugar Beet Seeds Processing in Russia – Developed and agreed processing stages. Developed supply chain design for semi-processed seeds and non-seeds materials. Selected and contracted the Tollers. - Production Site In Russia – Managed the activities to develop supply chain design, selected the location.

- Provided availability of the finished goods to deliver the sales of Russian organization in accordance with a plan; - Assured fast tracking of the customer orders; - Delivered operations costs reduction in accordance with the developed strategy; - Designed and implemented supply chain strategy to support sales growth; - Established domestic contract manufacturing to increase responsiveness of the supply chain and decrease costs. Achievements: Developed and implemented long-term Supply Chain strategy to deliver stretched financial targets via: - Opening of the 2nd Entry point with setting of the customs office to improve lead-times and reduce import risks; - Toll manufacturing set up – Developed Tolling operational model for domestic production. Empty Bottles Utilization Pilot – Developed and managed a pilot in the Central region of Russia to collect empty bottles used for Crop Protection products from the customers, with further transportation and utilization.

- Optimization Of The Factory Warehousing Logistics – Outsourced storage activities to a professional logistics provider, sold out owned warehouses; - Expansion Of The Distribution Network (co-lead) – Rebuilt company and distributor’s storage network designed for turnover increase and set up new locations to store finished goods.

- Managed efficient logistics of raw and packing materials to ensure its availability at factory. Managed storage and transportation of the raw materials and finished goods; - Managed purchasing of raw and packaging materials; - Managed customs clearance of imported materials; - Ensured operations costs in accordance with the budget. Achievements: - Rebuilt Of In-Factory Logistics – developed raw and finished goods supply chain design relevant to increased production volumes and reduction of storage capacities at the factory. Developed and implemented the in-factory logistics business processes aligned with production set up and LEAN methodology.

Managed storage activities at 9 company HUBs and replenishment of the distributor’s warehouses: - Provided availability of finished goods at HUBs and distributor’s warehouses in accordance with plan; - Ensured storage and operational activities to be provided in accordance with a contract and company requirements; - Ensured operations costs in accordance with the budget. Completed projects: - Cigars Launch (logistics part) – Developed supply and logistics with set up special storage facility at HUBs. Purchased and installed the humidor cabinets at all the HUBs and special humidors for transportation. Trained the personnel. - SAP Implementation – Participated in UAT and implemented the Warehouse and Transportation modules; - Quality Improvement In Logistics And Distribution Network – Performed finish products damages root cause analysis on the way from the factory to the end customer. Developed and implemented an improvement action plan; - Implemented Replenishment Planning Software – Developed software to plan an assortment of finished products and the orders to replenish more than at 30 distributor’s warehouses.
