Director of Business Development Skills Business development and organization of new products for new age of mobile solutions (5G) Technoserv Group - Business Development Director DUTIES: ● Working with the existing client base (Top Telecom Operators of Russia/CIS ,Russian banks (Alfa Bank, Open Bank) to increase sales volumes by developing and identifying customer needs for innovation and business transformation: Networking VIrtualization,Network Automation, Storage solutions,Calculation Acceleration/Intel DPDK etc. ● Product management of areas: SDN / NFV / NETWORK / OPENSTACK / NETWORK AUTOMATION/ coordination and issuance of applications for the selection project managers, network engineers ● Coordination and issuance of applications for maintaining the technoserv laboratory in Telco; up-to-date: modeling new services and products, forecasting new client tests and new laboratory elements, coordinating the budget of the Y2Y laboratory Daily work aimed at monitoring the global market for products and services of a given product theme, identifying global trends and forecasting the development of the Russian market in these services and products. Work with current vendors and search for promising cool vendors and young startups to identify solutions that are potentially interesting and promising for our customers. Joint testing of test zones and presentation at the customer RESULTS ● Product catalogue created. initiated trainings for KAMs ● Signed cooperation agreements with key market players (AMDOCS ONAP Partner, HP SDN Portfolio, RDP, Versa Networks, 6WIND and others) as well as promising vendors and start-up companies (for example, Lavelle Networks (Microsoft subsudary). The search was carried out due to activity on exhibitions and seminars and continuous monitoring of webinars and reviews on thematic resources, such as Gartner Cool Vendors review, SDX Central, PacketPushers, Lightreading etc
