Achievements:
Development of a 3-level training course on sales technique.
The basic level included introduction of a brand (for example, Audi) and of the company sales standards.
The middle level focused on certain aspects, such as objection handling and car presentation by the 6 points' method.
The expert level included analyses of psychological techniques pushing the customer to take a decision to buy right in this showroom on the spot.
