Technical Commercial Engineer.
Principal duties:
• Company business development in the region and creation of demand for the equipment Schneider Electric (SE);
• Responsibility for sales of the equipment and solutions of average tension on the fixed segments in the region: Metallurgy and Mining (MMM), Mechanical engineering, Food industry, production of building materials, etc.
• Direct sales, sales through partners (the gen. contractors, panel builders, distributors, OEM) projects of power supply and automation of the industrial enterprises, services.
• Maintaining a portfolio of team projects in the region according to objectives.
• Establishing and maintaining of business relationships, negotiations with clients, identification of their current and potential requirements, creating and maintaining client base on the commercial management in the region.
• Coordination of partners, project team, interaction with other divisions;
• Ensuring observance of commercial policy and commercial rules at complex projects and sales where clients of several businesses are involved.
• Studying and analyzing the regional market (potential, tendencies, competitors, etc.), creating deci-sions of the most effective business development (SE) in these market sectors, participation in drawing up sales forecasts.
• Participation in internal meetings, training programs, seminars and exhibitions, for the purpose of in-crease of professional level and overall performance.
• Reporting about the reached results, prospective projects and sales;
• Establishing business relations and negotiating by project organizations (PO), Schneider Electric (SE) equipment and solutions promotion;
• Participating in preparation of concepts, technical requirements, decision creation. Ensuring information and technical support PO. Project maintaining;
• Training and seminars preparation on SE equipment and solutions, participation in exhibitions and technical meetings. Technical support of PO;
Achievements:
• Provided annual implementation of sales plan.
• Realized the first digital substation project "Smart Shelter" in Russian Coal industry.
• Created "project portfolio" for realizing in next 5 years.
• Constructed business relations with key clients in the region and provided their loyalty to SE and to key partners in the region.
• Standardized SE equipment in key holdings.
• Provided the equipment prescription at the beginning of project.
