Created a brand new and unique comprehensive mechanism including a scoring system for analyzing cryptoassets that enabled other analysts to quickly estimate and compare blockchain projects and tokens, streamlining the process of evaluating assets and reducing the time needed for analysis of any token by at least 60%. Analyzed dozens of assets and provided investment recommendations. Supervised the creation and updates of dashboards which track the crypto market in real time from the concept stage to successful launch.

1) Analytics. Analyzed back-office business processes, found bottlenecks, defined and measured key indicators of process efficiency. Created dashboard prototypes to display said indicators, communicated with BI developers and wrote technical requirements for dashboards. Communicated with back-office department heads to display any findings and insights, as well as dashboards and reports. 2) Service quality management. Determined SLAs for back-office services, designed and implemented a system to collect and analyze customer feedback. Created a tool to determine particularly risky situations regarding contract signing (including both legal and customer-oriented risks). Designed funnels and CJMs for back-office services. 3) Strategy and benchmarking. Determined a data-driven strategy for future back-office development. Compared the university’s position against top Russian and foreign universities, researched best practices implemented by them and investigated opportunities to use them inside HSE.

Created and maintained a number of daily reports on stocks, sales forecast, shelf capacity, etc. Created from scratch a self-updatnig Oracle table showcasing the company's gross parameters like sales, stocks, out of stock, service level and autoorder settings. Compiled daily reports on the openings of new stores for the top management. 2) Autoorder management. Supervised and controlled autoorder settings. Greatly simplified the procedure for changing the autoorder parameters. Suggested, created and implemented projects on altering and improving the autoorder performance. Communicated with the IT department regularly to ensure correct implementation of new additions and proper functioning of older ones. 3) Category management. Managed the 'Grocery' and 'Alcohol, Drinks and Tobacco' categories, including, but not limited to the analysis of figures like OOS, overstock, SL, sales, stocks, autoorder settings and seasonal corrections. Communicated closely with the departments of Purchases, Sales, Forecasting and Warehouses. Compiled weekly reports for the Product distribution committee. 4) Support for the department. Wrote SQL scripts and VBA macros for the whole department. Consulted colleagues from all departments on the algorithm and functions of the autoorder system. 5) Stores stocks management. Controlled the distribution of out-of-matrix SKUs. Ensured full shelves in opening and reopening stores? including coordination with Purchases and Warehouses. Provided ad-hoc analysis on losses, overstock, OOS, etc. Tracked down and eliminated the reasons for the stores' corrections of the autoorder calculations.
