- Contractual work, including international deals: contracts’ templates development, drafting and reviewing various types of contracts (including services, supply, preparation of production, labor, loan etc.); legal due diligence of transactions; negotiations on legal terms of the contracts; - Providing legal support on real estate matters (lease, construction); -Providing legal advice on variety of commercial matters, including advertisement, sales, procurement, logistics, finance; -Corporate legal work, including preparation of documents for the Board of Directors, General Meeting of Participants, drafting Corporate Governance procedures, etc.; -Legal support of Company’s day-to-day activities, including giving legal opinions and consultations on different aspects of Company’s business (such as on civil, corporate, customs, tax, labor laws, etc.); -Monitor changes and developments in the legal and regulatory environment, advice management and develop appropriate strategies; -Provide advice and legal support on application and maintenance of all authorizations, permits, licenses, contracts and communication needed for local operations; -Monitoring of legislation areas and court practice which may impact company’s activities.
