Execution, processing and recording of incidents, service requests, changes, problems in the Incident Reporting System "ServiceNow", as part of a Service Level Agreement (SLA); 2) Participation in the process of managing changes and problems. Interaction with representatives of the Customer, the expert group and third parties in the planning and implementation of projects to build or make major changes to the production IT infrastructure; 3) Participate in the configuration management process. Maintenance of the relevance of accounting and auditing systems for IT equipment. Providing reports to other teams and external services. 4) Technical support of equipment for office (production) IT infrastructure; 5) Conducting warehouse accounting. Maintain a minimum stock of storage units based on regulations and procedures. Inventory of the warehouse. Audit of equipment. Sending IT equipment to other offices, third companies or for repair. Monitoring and updating the status of storage and movement (repair) of equipment. Control of reception (return) of the transferred equipment; 6) Carrying out routine maintenance in the field of supporting the office (production) IT infrastructure; 7) Conduct regular checks on the status of server and meeting rooms in accordance with regulations and procedures; 8) Primary training and consulting of users on production equipment and software, training for new employees, information and operational support for Mars IS activities.
