Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the Program Manager and is responsible for technical, commercial, and functional direction related to all aspects of Supply Chain management, including the administration and placement of purchase orders, expediting, traffic, logistics, warehousing, and supplier quality surveillance. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Developing and implementing the overall material management plan, including the work share and automation components, and the project Material Responsibility Matrix • Ensuring that the proper Supply Chain management systems are implemented • Establishing project-specific Supply Chain management procedures as required • Interact with the Project Manager, Project Engineers, Discipline Leads and the Client to meet project objectives through alignment sessions to ensure effective cross-discipline communication • Review the project scopes of work and the governing contract to determine the Supply Chain Management requirements and flow downs to project procurement documents, plans, and procedures. These requirements are relayed to the Supply Chain team. • Aligning with Construction to determine site Supply Chain requirements and responsibilities, as necessary • Coordinating the staffing of the project Supply Chain Management functions in accordance with project needs and the requirements of the project Material Responsibility Matrices.

In charge of purchasing activities, in tight cooperation with internal customers, in coordination with HSE, Finance, Cost Control, HQ, QAQC and other entities as required. Cumulative amount in external commitments per year: 55MUSD. Portfolio: approximately 450 - 550 POs annually. Responsible for supervision and mentoring of Purchasing team consisting of 4 Buyers and/or Senior Buyers to support Work-over, Drilling, Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Construction and other activities. The daily tasks include but are not limited to: Lead and organization of purchasing entity: Organize, manage and control the purchasing function. Promote the purchasing function as a managed process. Lead the drive toward cost optimization and reduction through use of Market intelligence information, suppliers’ qualifications and evaluations, Cost Models, target prices, and the like. Lead Duet/Triplet activities with Métier Partners and technical managers. Propose improvements in affiliate and Métier OPS/CA practices and referential. Continuous analysis of spend in order to fully understand and identify opportunities for improvement. Establish and promote continuous improvement of purchasing practices, procedures and reference documentation. Ensure sufficient competent and trained resources to satisfactorily ensure the realization of purchasing responsibilities. Participate in the job specification, competence assessment and recruitment processes for personnel. Ensure the communication of good practices and lessons learned to OPS/CA (REX). Management of the following purchasing entity activities: Participate in anticipation of the needs of Métier Partners through better understanding of processes and creation of the procurement planning (including long lead planning – MPP/Master Procurement Plan). Receive, control and manage proper distribution to purchasing team members of all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for Materials coming from all entities of the affiliate. Validate (or ensure validation) of all contractual documents and formal letters issues by the purchasing entity. Participate in complex and difficult negotiations of contractual and commercial terms of purchases. Define, adopt and monitor adapted purchasing strategies (by categories, and the like). Define and monitor local key performance indicators (KPIs) for purchasing team activities to ensure continuous improvement of efficiency. Adaptation and application of the Group global KPIs. Provide advisory function for Purchasing for affiliate’s projects and assist with timely advice. Ensure the update of the supplier database. Ensure global reporting of purchasing team activity to the Contract & Procurement management and to OPS/CA Métier. Support and enforcement of Compliance: of the purchasing process with all internal company rules (including OPS/CA guide to conduct) and all applicable laws and regulations (PSA, JV rules, Country laws and the like); application of TOTAL and/or affiliate General Terms and Conditions for purchase of equipment especially when it comes to complex, high value, high risk equipment; proper administration and filing of all purchasing documents and verification that all approvals, justifications, circulation forms and the like, are filled in line with applicable procedures. H3SE rules implementation: - Set a personal example in adherence to affiliate’s HSE procedures. - Raise awareness and provide guidance in directing employees under their supervision with regard to the execution of the HSE rules, both for Company Staff and Contractors without detracting from Contractor's legal obligations. - Assure themselves and the persons under their supervision of the safety of the work place to avoid danger to persons, installations and to avoid impact to the environment. - Maintain the means for personal protection and safety emergency procedures. Performs other duties to support Company’s procurement and logistics activities

- Management of logistics/transit activities, relations with the customs brokers and freight forwarders, customs clearing procedures and administrative duties, import / export operations in order to support Work-over, Drilling, Production and Construction activities. Coordination with the on-site transit / consignment storage facility - Coordinating of relations with Customs and documents trail per Customs authorities Requests and Customs brokers activity - Coordination with various departments/services to facilitate on-time materials receipt, return and handling. - Arrangements and control of correct legal status at Customs (under PSA) - Supervision of Receipt and Dispatch of materials, back loading and manifesting of all freight and Dangerous Goods; - Implementation and follow-up of the procedures for the “supply chain” - Participation in application and development of Goods-In-Transit (GIT) procedure in SAP; - Provision for transportation of Company equipment, materials and other Company property from their places of construction/purchase/storage to their place of installation at the field facilities concerned; - Assistance in preparation of Calls for Tender for External services (Freight Forwarding, Customs clearance). - Maintaining constant contact with the Logistics Superintendents / Logistics Supervisors on site; - Training and development of subordinates' skill level through education, coaching and systems improvement; - Performing other duties in support of the logistics/transit activities; - Preparation of required reports on request of hierarchy;

• Procurement Dept supervision, implementation of the Company requirements in Supply Chain Division. Knowledge and understanding of the local markets, translated into proposals for a business plan, optimization and delivery based on changing market environments. Management of supplier relationships including day to day issue handling, training of suppliers on ethics and policy, and handling significant supply issues when required. Identification and implementation of synergies with other internal functions, other purchasing organizations within US, Asia, Europe and other global purchasing organizations. Preparation, execution and publication of tenders and biddings, preparation of evaluation matrix, conclusion of contracts. Making sure the overall materials flow is smooth and in compliance with the internal Company policies. On-board training for sub-ordinates to build the team’s capability quickly. Negotiations with the potential suppliers in Russia and other countries in line with the established policies and procedures as well as application of existing procurement contracts to new demands. Extensive use of SAP 7.10 software for analyses, day-to-day activities, business proposals, etc. SAP 7.10 Upgrade FDN member.

• Management of oil field equipment spare parts and chemicals inventory for all the departments including Well Fracturing, Cementing, Directional Drilling, Wireline, Tool Testing and Drilling Fluids Dept as well as Internal Equipment Maintenance. Ordering, tracking and supply of specific oilfield related and miscellaneous automotive parts in relation to Maintenance Work Orders and Reservations. Verbal and written involvement in English and Russian language business correspondence and communication. Everyday utilization of SAP software for tracking, analyzing and forecasting of inventory levels and maintenance needs as well as extension, maintenance of new SAP records, running various reports and PSLs inquires. In charge of a team of 25 people performing as warehousemen, procurement specialists, logistics and bulk cargo handling personnel. Day-to-day activity includes coordination of airfreight and ground shipments, as well as on-site provision of required transports including DGT (Dangerous Goods Transportation). Experienced user of SAP, Microsoft applications,.
