Built and owned a comprehensive training and communication plan for the continuous developed of DIMAYOR staff. Designed and implemented a new recruitment process and held a lead role identifying top talent. Introduced key performance indicators to monitor the performance of the department; reported results to senior management and proposed any corrective, preventive and improvement actions. Worked with Heads of Department to document all activities and processes at DIMAYOR according to the processes of standardization of quality management.

Internship at World Cup 2015/16 to gain practical experience in the organisation of sports events. Monitored the organization of the event, as an external agent of the federation, and presented key outcomes and recommendations in an executive report to the General Secretary.

Conducted office administration to ensure the smooth running of the office at all times. This included drafting correspondence and reports for the Venues team and director. Carried out personnel administration related to Venues staff. Administered events and venues contracts, ensuring these were filed correctly.

Planned and delivered tournaments for football youth academies of diverse ages (Under 9 to Under 20). Developed grassroots events with the National Football Federation to promote the sport.
