Full legal support to attraction of private investments into the capital of the corporation, including, drafting NDAs, LoI, SHA, stock investment agreements, amending CoI when raising funds through series seed mechanics under the laws of USA, managing local advisors and suppliers. • Drafting of SHA for the US C Corporation under US laws, negotiating and execution.
