Make drawings in SolidWorks, Siemens NX of 3D parts and objects. Write the control program in SolidCam and Siemens NX. Then directly loading the program into the CNC machine (milling or turning). Getting the finished product. Worked with the following machines Arix, Haas, Beaver, Optimum. Familiar with the following programs Mach3, Fanuc, VicControl, NCdrive. Participated in the development of exclusive projects - electric Porsche Cayenne and Hyundai Porter (the only copies in Russia). Engaged in electrical installation of these cars. Design and study of the location of technical devices in the case.

Worked at the International Space Education Institute in Leipzig. This Institute participates in the international project MoonBuggy, which is partially sponsored by NASA (https://www.nasa.gov/roverchallenge/home/index.html). The essence of the project is that young engineers from all over the world, design a lunar Rover and then with their device travel to USA for competition particiation. As a result of the competition, NASA determines the lunar Rover, which may be launched on the moon. My task was to develop, design, strength calculations and manufacture of this project. During my participation in this project, I was engaged in training students in the following areas - 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Siemens NX), told the basics of working with hand tools, the principles of working on CNC machines (milling and turning group). Also he was engaged in management of this project in Germany and Moscow (communication with sponsors, other schools and institutes, firms). Rebuilding usually car to electric car. Making drawing, technical dokumentation and build all parts inside of car (electric engine, controlle, battery, BMS system, charging system). Last time i has developed a gear, between electric engine and wheel.

Manufactured and produced drawings and design documentation for the new generation of launch vehicles (Hangar), in the following programs - SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX, Catia.

Engaged in the design and manufacture of light aircraft such as a Piper Cub. My actual task was the following-design and support of the development of the slipway for the production of the wings of the aircraft. Was involved because of English knowledge and already made similar job during the practice period during study in the Moscow Aviation Institute.
