In depth administration of all heterogeneous IT systems, based on Windows and Linux, including different virt. platforms: VMware, Hyper-v, Ovirt and IT equipment of different vendors (including Cisco, Lenovo, Huawei, Palo Alto, Eltex, Qtech, Yadro, IRu). Managing of Windows domain and related matters, managing Linux systems, using AWX and ansible. Occasional tasks in information security areas. Handling containers.

Coordinating of all IT business matters, including administration of local IT systems (based on Windows and different flavours of Linux) and equipment: Cisco, Ricoh, Lenovo.

Planning, direction, and coordination of all activities relating to ICT in Russian branch of the international company: - Oversees that the ICT services are organized according to Company’s policies. - Keeps the country level ICT Service Catalog up-to date. - Oversees that the agreed service levels of Group’s ICT services are met within Russia. - Understands country specific business requirements and provides advice on the evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of information systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems. - Remains abreast of new technology developments to determine how they could be deployed in the business to achieve a competitive advantage. - To coordinate ICT matters in respective sites/offices. - Works closely with Group’s ICT. Technical Services: - To maintain and support the network, servers and the desktop hardware and software in agreement with ICT team, adhering to Corporate ICT standards. - To manage all networking/PC/Help Desk activities in Tver plant/offices. - To ensure proper maintenance documentation (hardware, software, network and problem logs). - To maintain the appropriate technical knowledge and remain abreast of trends in the industry to support servers, network and PC environment. - To implement and maintain ICT Policies in cooperation with Group’s ICT. Business Systems: - To support users with Business processes and ICT tools understanding the business purpose so that user problems/opportunities can be effectively solved through technology, e.g by organizing training to the tools. - To manage ICT development requests of the Site/offices in cooperation with Group’s ICT. - To maintain the appropriate knowledge of Corporate Business Applications. - To implement and maintain ICT Security according to Corporate Policies. - To be the ICT point of reference for Russia. - Performs other related projects and duties as assigned. - Participation in IT infrastructure integration project (company acquisition), active role in networking infra integration - Participation in IT infra implementation from ground level at new factory.

Duties: Coordination of all IT activities in Russia in accordance with corporate IT Policy, including: maintenance and support of network, servers(HP) and other computers (desktop/laptop) hardware/software (including configuring of Windows Server 2003,2008 OS; Lotus Notes; Adobe creative suite, Symantec Endpoint Protection); management and support of local PBX; gathering and storing all IT related documentation; administration and support of 1C-Accounting software; implementation of corporate projects (for example Wi-Fi with 802.1x authentication); purchasing (including contract negotiations) of all IT equipment; backup management; providing help desk services for both Russians speaking and English speaking users; providing all the Group’s IT with all the necessary information upon request (including logs and other documentation); maintenance IT Security corporate policy; twisted pair cabling when necessary.

Duties: Maintaining and support of local network, servers and computers hardware/software (Windows 2003 configuring; GPO management; DNS, DHCP, WINS management; AD management and etc; Virtual machines); providing help desk services for local users; backup maintenance; maintaining of mail servers (Kerio, Mdaemon) and firewalls (ISA Server); managing anti-virus protection.
