I was part of a project team in construction of new brand IKEA factory in Novgorod region. As project leader, I was responsible for several number of installation projects: automatic packaging lines, automatic transport shuttles (outside/inside), both activities were cross functional - in the same time it was construction of factory building itself. - Packaging lines installation - Started as installation responsible in December 2015, - Tender process for additional functionalities and machines - Negotiations and contract preparation - Time planning, project management, budget control - Delivery and installation of equipment. Coordination of works on site. - Preparation/construction works, like machinery foundations, media - Commissioning tests and final acceptance.
