My job included 3 different fields : EUROPEAN FUNDING MANAGEMENT (budget 2.5 Millions €)  To apply and win a 2.5 Millions Euros grant coming from the European Union.  To select with the general manager for which equipment to apply ( mostly 6 new CNC machines )  To lead all the way from the appliance until final completion from the project.  To define the characteristics of the machines, the implementation in the plant and to ensure a strict follow up of the suppliers. ENVIRONMENT PROJECT MANAGER  To participate in the Screening Report team t prepare and obtain new IPPC  To pilot project part of the investment plan for environment ( modification of aspiration / ventilation , new equipment to treat pollution Biofilter and others ) ENERGY EFFICIENCY MANAGER, the main axis are :  To implement and maintain ISO 50001 in the plant Certification successfully obtained in June 2016 without non-conformities  To report results on the board Indicator in kWH/production unit is compared between plants and review on monthly basis by the board Participation to energy reviews between the plants every Quarter  To identify improvements actions on process, organization and management in order to decrease cost of energy. Integration of energy monitoring system (Esight) Management of multi-disciplinary work groups Project management ( planning , payback calculation …)  To benchmark new technologies for energy reduction Cold generation from heat wastes, oxy-combustion, geothermal, LED light Participation to energy forum in France

The job was to improve the efficiency and profitability of manufacturing lines.  To define working methods in the plant Project : To set up process control on Surface Treatment Tunnel with definition of process parameters, visual management, preventive maintenance, KPIs and strategy to improve the installation.  To improve the production unit efficiency Project : Performance monitoring and improvement for a packaging unit ( 400 people ) Target was to define a way to measure and follow the efficiency of the area. Using excel program and file to be fill by supervisors, I could manage to display daily KPI. Leading a team of 10 people, I could organize cycle time measurements and live audit in order to understand the problem. SMED had been used to reduce product change time.  To be the manufacturing unit interlocutor for new process or new products Project : To follow the start of production (SOP) of a machining center for induction pans Target was to respect the delay of implantation, to do final commissioning of the machine in terms of quality and capacity, to set up Preventive Maintenance. With daily meeting and a dynamic team (project engineer, process, production, maintenance), we managed to start the machine on time and duplicate the method.  To analyze and identify new improvement axis for the manufacturing unit Project: To modify a manual workshop (5 operators, packaging process) with improvement of working conditions (ergonomic) and increase of the productivity. Results were 30% more productivity and better work conditions, budget 60 000 euros.
