Workout, Implementation and start up of the logistics concept for delivery of cargo from China by Short Sea directly to the Far East of Russia via port of Nakhodka (import customs clearance), inbound/outbound via local Itella terminal at Artem town with last mile deliveries to different cities of the region by road, sea and railway.(Achieved) Workout, implementation and start up of the Road Freight groupage linehaul from Vantaa Airport, Helsinki, Finland to Sheremetievo airport cargo terminal for account of Finnair Cargo Airline (Achieved). Management of the International Road freight Forwarding division including LTL and FTL International depts. ( 3 direct reportees/ 250-300 FTL INTL per month/ EC to RU, RU to BY,KZ,KG,UZ). Evaluation and implementation of the alternative ways of transportation by Roadfreight ex EC to Russia and vice versa in case of Force Majeure (f.i. Absence of the permissions (dozvol) with major players on the market). Providing trainning sessions for the product for both both internal and external customers.
