Managing Network Transportation Department (part of Ford Sollers Central Office Logistic Department). 2 teams in direct subordination (3-4 employees each including team leaders). 1. DKD Project Coordinator (logistic side) – new production area, new models start-up (Infinity). Production Control Controller (Mar09- Nov10) Nissan Plant start-up: Call-off process establishments and managing from 3PL providers(external warehouses and Container Yard) to Nissan Plant. Logistic services providers management, coordination between Nissan departments and external warehouses teams. Regular stock taking. Participation in supplier's service level estimation.

Supporting regular and efficient logistic activity of 6 branches of Far East Division. Project was closed, divisional office staff in Khabarovsk reduced.
