During all my career I have been dealing with banking institutions and commercial companies either working in banks directly, or providing banking institutions in Russia and CIS countries with the Reuters company (presently Thomson Reuters) services, the technology group and the world's supplier of the widest range of information and news products as well as global solutions and new technologies for financial markets. My last 15 years in banks were manager positions from responsible for a division of several subordinates up to a board member. My overall banking experience comprises trade finance operations, correspondent relations, financial institutions, forex operations, IT, internal audit. Some of my achievements were starting trade finance operations, establishing business co-operation with counterparties in UK and France, ensuring an implementation of a retail software application, internal audit of all bank branches, identifying a strategic investor for the bank followed by the sale of the institution. My positions with Reuters Ltd. relate to regional sales manager in charge of sales in Russian regions, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia; business manager of North-Western Russia; chief representative in Ukraine in charge of representing the company before authorities, general management, sales, marketing, technical, finance, budget control, staff matters. Some of my achievements were the first sale and implementation of a trading room information architecture technology in Russia, the first sale and implementation of a risk management application in Ukraine, making Ukraine the company's second profit centre following Russia. At present I am a deputy general manager of a consulting company in Moscow providing a financial and legal support to entities in need of credit funds, looking for investors, wishing to start business in Kazakhstan.
