• To provide Medical Affairs service in GHC, OHC, Pain franchise, NPD/NPI to Russia market. • To provide the expert medical support and advice to the organization in order to assist the maintenance and marketing of existing medicinal product licenses, and the development of new products and claims • To act as medical point of contact with health authorities in Russia market particularly influential agencies such as the MOH in Russia . • To provide medical support and advice to the product quality and vigilance functions within Russia on matters of product safety and risk assessment • To manage and develop the Russia Clinical Program. • To work as DPR and Study Director for Russia Clinical Program for J&J Consumer clinical trials. • Line management of junior colleagues (1-5 FTEs) o Ensure the execution of medical strategy in accordance with business goals o Mentoring and coaching o Career development o Provision support in overcoming major obstacles in execution o Recruitment of employees • Providing support on medical and scientific matters in appropriate therapeutic areas to the Consumer Products Unit in Russia. • Preparing answers based on scientific, literature-related data and information in currently applicable local instructions for medical use to requests from healthcare professionals, consumers, employees of the Marketing Department, Professional marketing Department and Sales Department, as well as providing assistance to the Marketing Department as regards answers to requests from third organizations or agencies which require medical expert evaluation. • Participating in scientific events, meetings with healthcare bodies on medical matters, preparing and conducting scientific presentations and trainings on appropriate diseases and Company's products for employees of professional communities and medical associations. • Providing support to the Regulatory Department as regards reviews of the medical part of the instructions for use or their changes and product-related information. • Organization of medical events (advisory boards, congresses, articles, etc.) • Expertise and on –job training
