1. Project management - Develop and implement Project Execution Strategy (Based on the contract and project performance goals) - Develop project management plan (schedule, budget, resources, risk, etc.) - Scope management (home office and outsource engineers); - Resources management; - Schedule management; - Procurement management; - Risk management: - Scope change control; - Stakeholders management; 2. Project development: - Lead GE multinational team (for some projects team can be spread out across the globe) ensure that the team members have clearly identified roles, responsibilities, defined interfaces and are empowered within their scope of duties; organize team taking into consideration different cultural, national features; - Communication: represent GE towards the customer; control and manage interface and relationship; manage the internal and external communication loop; - Project Organization: Sets up and secure the necessary resources for the execution of the project. - Performance Management: Constantly monitor and if requested report the necessary key performances indicators (KPI). Plan actions to guarantee financial, time, quality and safety performance to maximize project goals achievements. - Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management: Establish, implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan, Procedures, EHS Plan. Ensure best compliance with specification at lowest final cost. - Claim Management: Define strategy for managing claims, and direct actions accordingly. Address claims by deciding on actions and leading them in consideration of the defined strategy. - Risk and Opportunities: Define a Risk Management Plan. Constantly update and review the risk and opportunities of the Project. Evaluate and decide on actions that benefit the overall performance of the Project. Follow-up these actions implementation and results. - Project Process: Assume full responsibility for the project from kick-off until all obligations are complete at Hand Over to Service Sector. Take the necessary actions to improve the overall project process. Also provide feedback to Sales and other Business Functions on the performance of the Project and processes. - People Management: Build, lead and coach a committed Project team that guarantees the highest-level performance for the Project. Defines Project goals and objectives, evaluate performance against them and provide performance evaluation and development plans to the functional management. - Project Planning: Develop and monitor the Master Time Schedule, manage Project float to ensure timely completion of the Project. 3. Serve Business needs: - Contribute into portfolio and program management; - Report to Project management office; - Continuously convey individual evaluation and feedback to the team on their performance; - Permanent interactions with project stakeholders; - Commit Client’s reasonable expectations.

Engineering areas: -Process -Mechanical -Electrical and I&C -Civil (steel structure and foundations) -Structural calculation -Layout issues (Collisions, interfaces, 3D model design review, etc) -Cost estimation -Commissioning support -HAZOP study -Computerized Fluid dynamic (CFD) study -Erection supervision (in terms of engineering and technical support) -Member of risk review team -Most important part: feedbacks ad lessons learned analysis. Engineering project management -Take responsibility to lead the Project Team to provide integrated solutions to Customers; -Manage engineering scope (scope distribution between home office and outsource engineers); -Manage engineering resources; -Control scope change; -Control project objectives in terms of engineering scope; -Participate in stakeholder’s meetings; -Hold engineering meetings and progress performance control; The technical coordination in engineering areas of the project. -Cooperate with engineers in Swedish ALSTOM’s office responsible for engineering solutions. -Collaborate with Russian engineering subcontractors responsible for development of some scope within Alstom contract activities. -Coordinate and establish technical requirements. -Have final responsibility for project technical documents release (for equipment, instruments and material RfQ (Datasheets, Technical specifications). -Evaluate technical bids until PO to be placed -Lead and manage the engineering team. -Control Engineering plans & Program performance -Manage design review -Release documents (as a final approval “Valid for construction”) -Manage scope change Business responsibilities -Identify and develop new opportunities for growing and improving technical performance. -Manage resources to meet project objectives -Assure conformance with product standards/specifications and quality requirements. -Communicate with project stakeholders and Customer -Hold project meetings, monitor and follow-up control of project performance -Record and follow-up control of project stakeholder’s requirements

End Customer: Enel (Italy) Sredneuralskaya Power Plant one two-shaft power unit CCPP-410 (+500 MEuro) - Gas turbine power plant PG9371by «GENERAL ELECTRIC»; - Heat recovery steam generator of horizontal type by NOOTER/ERIKSEN; - Steam-turbine plant MTD 60CR «SKODA». Responsibilities Included: Engineering areas: -Process engineering -Mechanical engineering, -Piping and Instrument diagram (P&ID) -Balance of plant (BOP) (HVAC, Fire Fighting System etc.) -CFD study -HAZOP panel team member Develop process calculation and equipment sizing: -Steam turbine island -Gas turbine island -Heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) -Natural gas compressed station (upstream gas turbine equipment) -High pressure pumps -Steam condenser’s auxiliaries -High pressure steam pipelines (critical process operation conditions) -Develop P&ID and update (based on actual information and data from vendors, manufacturers and site conditions). -Manage inter discipline issues: process, piping, layout, EI&C, civil & structural -Release project technical requirements (Datasheets, Technical specifications). -Evaluate final technical bids (from equipment and materials suppliers) -Participate the design review meetings (according to company procedures) -Manage project documentation using the share point web-space -Cooperate with Spanish home office engineers. -Manage Russian engineering subcontractors -Interact with Customer’s engineers Erection and commissioning -Follow-on constriction and erection site activities (erection supervision) Design review (drawings, diagrams, datasheets, etc.) -Update design accordingly

Responsibilities Included: - Design mechanical engineering scope - Coordinate supplier’s engineering team - Check and analyze submitted documents - Ensure engineering compliance to Russian norms and standards - Support General Contractor (GC) construction and start-up teams - Site surveys and release as-built documentation, if required. - Attend site meetings
