Castrén & Snellman is a law firm that handles the full spectrum of business law. We have offices in Helsinki, St Petersburg, and Moscow. Our clients are mostly the management and lawyers of large and mid-sized corporations. About half of our assignments are international in nature. On the global markets, we also cooperate with an extensive network of law firms. Our firm was founded in Helsinki in 1888. As the oldest functioning law firm in Finland, we have a long and interesting history in the practice of law. Castrén & Snellman’s attorneys are members of the Finnish Bar Association. The activities of the members of the Finnish Bar Association are regulated by the Advocates Act (496/1958, as amended) and the By-laws and the Code or Conduct of the Finnish Bar Association.
