RUSEFF - Российская программа ЕБРР финансирования устойчивой энергетики

Russian Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (RUSEFF) a finance program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The program provides credit lines to Russian Partner Banks to finance energy efficient modernization of Russian industry and Commerce.

The facility provides loans through our partner banks to private companies and solo entrepreneurs for investments in modern equipment and materials resulting in energy savings. We support investments in industry, commerce, commercial buildings, the supply and production of goods which lead to improved energy performance and in renewable energy solutions.
